Drenched
March 11, 2011
The Japanese sun rose over the water
A small sleepy Japanese village called Torta
A little girl getting out of bed
Dressed in bright bright red.
She runs outside to catch the school bus
Teachers yelling and making a fuss
Now seated on a cozy bus seat
The little girl happily swings her feet
The bus drives on a narrow road
Out of the window the girl see's a toad.
The bus is at school the girl jumps out
Then suddenly the students start to shout
Screams and yells fill the air
What the girl see's gives her a scare
A ginormous wave is crashing towards them
"A tsunami.Help" shouts misses Krem
In the water are houses and people and cars
The girl hides behind the monkey bars
The wave is getting closer
and closer and closer the wave comes
The wave covers the school in water
The poor little girl is swept away from Torta
Her lungs scream for air
But she could no longer care
Her family was gone and so was her home
So she drifted away truly alone
